Highlights of my DEV life

1989 - Playing with an Amstrad CPC 464, my first computer.

2003 - Making a Counter-Strike map during a LAN Party with friends.

2006 - Talking about my maps and mods during the EDVS meetup (Encuentro de Desarrolladores Sevillanos) in Seville.

2006 - Posing with the Time Scratchers team, a demoscene team that would later become The Game Kitchen.

2006 - Winning the first prize at the BCN PARTY'110 with some early members of what later would become The Game Kitchen.

2006 - Posing with a magazine containing a short Dodgeball Source article (Mod in which I collaborated as level designer).

2007 - Meeting Dodgeball Source's director Cory Davis during a visit to Seville with his family.

2007 - Walking into the Pyro Studios offices for my first interview.

2008 - A normal day at Pyro Studios.

2008 - Bidding farewell to my Pyro Studios colleagues at a near bar.

2008 - Having my first beer in Germany right after landing at Berlin Tegel Airport with Spec Ops The Line director Cory Davis.

2016 - With industry legend Minh Le (Gooseman), co-creator of Counter-Strike.

2016 - Resolving old disputes with Mauricio Garcia (The Game Kitchen CEO) during Gamelab Barcelona'16.

2016 - Surrounded by a bunch of game reviewers that used to write on the videogames magazines I read when I was a kid.

2017 - Teaching game design at Aula Arcade.

2017 - Becoming a stretch goal for the Blasphemous kickstarter campaign in May 2017.

2017 - The Game Kitchen team right after the Kickstarter campaign ended (We were around 7 people in the company back then).

2017 - First time promoting Blasphemous in a videogames event during the Madrid Games Week 2017.

2018 - During a boss design meeting for Blasphemous.

2018 - Planning the Blasphemous world map using sticky notes.

2019 - After a recording session for Blasphemous with Deogracias' voice actor Scott Abraham Singer.

2019 - At the tiny booth where we attented the press to promote Blasphemous during Gamescom'19.

2019 - After 3 exhausting days at the UKIE booth with the Team17 and Playtonic crew (Gamescom)

2019 - Being interviewed by IGN's Max Scoville and Brian Altano during Gamescom'19.

2019 - The whole Blasphemous team celebrating the release of the game in September'19.

2021 - The Game Kitchen team in their new studio.

2023 - Supervising the Spanish VO sessions in Seville for Blasphemous II.

2024 - One of Gamescom's main corridors on the B2B area showcasing Blasphemous as a way to advertise the spanish game industry.
